CANCELLATION POLICY

BGE Cards understands that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all vendors and to allow us to properly plan each event, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all table reservations. Cancellation timelines are based on the scheduled event date and help us manage venue commitments, marketing, and logistics. By reserving a table at a BGE Cards event, vendors agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the show: 100% refund of paid fees.

  • Cancellation 7 – 29 days before the show: 50% of table fees issued as credit toward future shows; remaining 50% refunded in cash.

  • Cancellation 3 – 7 days before the show: 100% of table fees returned as credit toward future shows; no cash refund.

  • Cancellation within 3 days of the show: 50% of table fees returned as credit toward future shows; remaining fees are forfeited.

  • Failure to show for event: NO REFUNDS
