Vendor Load-In

Vendor load-in begins at 7:00 AM.

All vendors can enter through the loading bay located on the Northwest side of Grossinger Motors Arena.

Vendors may pull up to the loading area to unload their merchandise, tables, displays, and other setup materials.

Important — Move Your Vehicle After Unloading

Vehicles MUST be moved immediately after unloading.

The loading area cannot be used for vendor parking. Please unload your vehicle and move it to an appropriate parking area as soon as possible.

Do not leave your vehicle unattended in the loading area or block other vendors from entering or exiting.

Keeping the loading bay clear is extremely important so that all vendors can load in efficiently.

Overnight Vendor Setups

Vendors participating in both days of the event may leave their setups and merchandise inside the arena overnight.

Grossinger Motors Arena has security and doors will be locked. however, vendors who choose to leave merchandise, displays, equipment, or other property overnight do so at their own risk.

BGE Cards and the venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged merchandise or personal property.

Each vendor is responsible for deciding what merchandise they are comfortable leaving overnight and for securing their own products and belongings.

• Load-In Begins: 7:00 AM
