Vendor Set - Up Information

Hawthorn Mall

Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM.

Please make sure you use the correct entrance based on the section you are vending in.

Pokémon and TCG vendors must load in through the AMC entrance.

Vendors may park in the AMC parking lot to unload their merchandise, displays, and other setup materials.

Sports Card vendors must load in through the 1st Floor Dave & Buster's entrance.

Vendors may park in the Dave & Busters parking lot to unload their merchandise, displays, and other setup materials.

Setup Begins: 7:00 AM
Pokémon / TCG Load-In: AMC entrance
Sports Card Load-In: 1st Floor Dave & Buster's entrance
Move Your Vehicle: Vehicles cannot remain in the load-in area
Show Length: This is a one-day event
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event
