Vendor Set - Up Information

Fox Valley Mall

Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM.

Please make sure you use the correct entrance based on the section you are vending in.

Sports Card vendors will load in next to the Dream Dance Studio entrance.

Vendors may pull up near the entrance to unload their merchandise, displays, and other setup materials.

Pokémon and TCG vendors will load in next to the Round1 entrance.

Vendors may pull up near the entrance to unload their merchandise, displays, and other setup materials.

Vehicles MUST be moved immediately after unloading.

Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the load-in area or block other vendors from accessing the entrance.

Once you have unloaded your merchandise and setup materials, please move your vehicle to an appropriate parking area.

Keeping both entrances clear is extremely important so all vendors can load in efficiently.

Move Your Vehicle: Vehicles cannot remain in the load-in area
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event
