Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM.

Unloading Instructions

Please refer to the load-in photo to locate the correct entrance before unloading your merchandise, displays, and setup materials.

Keep doorways and walkways clear so other vendors can safely access the arena.

Important — Move Your Vehicle After Unloading

Vehicles MUST be moved immediately after unloading.

Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the load-in area or block other vendors from accessing the entrance.

Once you have unloaded your merchandise and setup materials, please move your vehicle to an appropriate parking area before returning to set up your table.

Keeping the entrance clear is extremely important so all vendors can load in efficiently.
