Vendor Load-In

Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM.

Vendor Entrance

vendors will load in LEFT of the main entrance in the conference center

Vendors may pull up near the entrance to unload their merchandise, displays, and other setup materials.

Important — Move Your Vehicle After Unloading

Vehicles MUST be moved immediately after unloading.

Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the load-in area or block other vendors from accessing the entrance.

Once you have unloaded your merchandise and setup materials, please move your vehicle to an appropriate parking area.

Keeping both entrances clear is extremely important so all vendors can load in efficiently.

• Move Your Vehicle: Vehicles cannot remain in the load-in area

• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event
